VMT Screening
VMT screening tool used to evaluate if a specified location is wtihin a low VMT generating area.
| Parameter | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Parcels | The selected tax parcels that represent the proposed project site. |
| VMT_Metric | The metrics that will be used in the VMT screening process (e.g., Total VMT per Service Population or Home-based Work VMT per Worker. |
| Baseline_Year | The year that should be used in the VMT screening analysis. The VMT metrics will be estimated for this year by interpolating between the model's base and future years. |
| Threshold____reduction_from_baseline_year_ | The benchmark and percent reduction threshold value used in the VMT analysis, for example "Citywide Benchmark (-14.3%)" would be used to evaluate a project using -14.3% reduction from the citywide baseline value. |
| Output_Parcels | The name for the feature layer represting the output parcels. |
| Selected_Project_Area | Summary layer representing the seleted project area |
| Low_VMT_Generating_TAZs | Layer representing the low VMT generating TAZ determined from the input threshold and VMT metric. |
